Morning: Tian anmen Square
After the flag-raising ceremony, visitors will visit the Tian anmen Gate Tower, the Monument to the Peoples Heroes, the Chairman MAO Memorial Hall, the Great Hall of the People and the National Museum, where they can admire the appearance of the buildings or visit them.
Noon: Head to the Forbidden City
From Tiananmen Square to the Forbidden City, visit the Palace Museum: After lunch, enter the Palace Museum through the Meridian Gate and visit the Hall of Supreme Harmony, the Hall of Central Harmony, and the Hall of Preserving Harmony along the central axis to feel the grandeur of the imperial palace. Then tour the Six Eastern and Western Palaces to enjoy the imperial architecture and cultural relics exhibition.
Evening: Jingshan Park
After leaving the Divine Martial Gate of the Forbidden City, you will see Jingshan Park across the road. Climbing up the Wan Chun Pavilion in Jingshan Park, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Forbidden City and the magnificent scenery of Beijings central axis, as well as the sunset.
